When do we get the report?
Our reporting system was designed to provide the report right on site. We bring computers and printers to the site for this purpose. However, if the property presents an unually high number of issues the indagator may requires additional time to ensure the report is concise. We do not pay heed to the axiom, "there's never enough time to do it right but there's always enough time to do it over". We get it right the first time. Regardless of the number of issues encountered we always upload the report to our web site so that it is available for viewing no later than midnight on the day the inspection is performed.
Are there specific contractors you refer clients to who may be needed to address issues noted in a report?
The answer is a definative - NO! We believe that this could be perceived as an impropriety. We also believe that the percetion of an impropriety IS an impropriety.IIf you need a reference to a contractor just give us a call and we will be delighted to provide you with a list of three contractors in the specific field required. The list will be derived from the web site of the Better Business Buruea of Southern Nevada and all three contractors will be companies that we have no affiliation with; all of whom have been in business for a minimum of five years; all of whom are on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll.
