We perform, on average, about fourteen hundred inspections per year. This figure only includes the residential home inspections we have performed. We perform many commercial inspections too.
What kind of training do Spectrum Inspectors undergo?
Well in addition to the prelicensing classes each Spectrum inspector is placed into a training pipeline that takes approximately 8 months to finish. Each inspector also receives a mandatory 200 hours of continuing education per year. No other inspection company in the State has such extensive training.
Another company I researched offers a guarantee with their inspection, do you?
Nevada State law prohibits offering guarantees in conjunction with a home inspection. If the company you are considering using is not playing above the board in this regard you must stop and ask yourself; what other things are they doing that are not in conformance with the regulations that govern the industry?
How long does a typical inspection last?
An average home in Las Vegas is 2000 square feet. We typically take four hours on this size home. Add another 30 minutes for each additional 500 square feet.
