We refer to our inspectors as "Indagators". We not only review the home, we investigate the home and try to determine occurances that may have happened to the structure or mechanical components of the property. If someone has tried to cover something up in the home that may have a bearing on our clients decision to buy the home we have a high probability of discovering the issue.

Spectrum Inspection Group offeres the most advanced scope inspection in the industry. And we go the extra mile. You will never see a Spectrum inspector using a pair of binoculars to review your roof because we walk every accessible roof -even concrete tile roofs. (Roofers do it and so can any other trained professional) We include many, many components that are not reviewed by any other home inspection companies, for example: irrigation systems. Nevada State Law does not require inspectors to review irrigation systems. But since lawn irrigation systems are the number one most damaging component to homes in the Las Vegas Valley we feel it is incumbent upon us to review the systems.
