Spectrum Inspection Group Inc. was started in 1998. The company was founded by Paul Donohue, a retired US Navy engineering Chief Petty Officer and real estate agent, when it became apparent that a more comprehensive home inspection service was needed in Southern Nevada.
Spectrum was the first inspection company in the state to produce a full color photographic data acquisition reference report on site, a reporting format that is quickly becoming the standard for home inspection reporting.
Every home we inspect we apply the same exacting inspection techinques that we would apply if we were buying the home for ourselves. When we find an issue we clearly describe what the issue is; where it is located; the ramifications of the issue; and we provide a course of action or path of resolution for addressing the issue. No other inspection company in Southern Nevada provides a more complete or detailed inspection.
