We apologize for those of you who used our on-line scheduling service in the past. As our company has grown and with more inspectors in the mix, coupled with the price of gasoline it has become important that we do not bounce our inspectors all over the valley between appointments and that we coordinate the inspection appointments as close to one another as possible. This required us to put a full-time scheduling coordinator on staff. Coordination of the appointments is a difficult task and our scheduling coordinator accomplishes other tasks that ensure the inspections go smoothly such as verifying availability of utilities and property access procedures. The addition of a scheduling coordinator has added an additional financial burden for our firm but has allowed us to offer a higher degree of service while keeping the fees for our inspections at the same price they were in 2001. We contine to provide email confirmation of the inspections to the Selling Agents and our internet based system automatically provides a reminder email of the inspection the day before the scheduled inspection.
