I owe you an apology. Although I refer my clients to your company all the time I had a client who was buying a bank owned property that was in deplorable condition and had a lot of questionable structural additions. Don't ask me why but I thought this one might be over your head so we contracted a Professional Engineer to come out and do the inspection. Don't get me wrong, his inspection was okay, but it was nothing better than what you normally do and it cost more than twice as much as you would have charged for the same home. Plus it took five days to get the report. I will never leave again.

I had a home inspection done by your company on the brand new home my wife and I bought from a small independent builder. We had all kinds of issues ranging from broken roof tiles to the toilets running on hot water. Your inspector was scheduled to be at the home for four hours. He did not complete the job because of so many issues so he went to his afternoon appointment and then came back and spent an additional 5 hours on my inspection. The next day he provided me my report and I was astounded at the amount of things he found that I was not even aware of after living in the home for eight months. One of the things he found was a gas leak under the kitchen stove and he got Southwest Gas to come out and fix the problem within 15 minutes. We fought with the builder for nearly two years and ended up taking the issue to the Contractors Board. Your inspector was at the meeting with the contractors board investigator and then attended the hearing with the contractors board. The Board said your report was one of the best they had seen and they sided with us and we were able to get another builder to come in an fix everything and our builder paid for it all.

Even with all the additional time, effort, and energy your inspector spent in supporting us he never once charged us another dime over the cost of the initial inspection quote. Unbelievable! The commitment, dedication, and customer service your inspector demonstrated is something I will be telling my grandchildren about. Thank you so much for all your help and God bless.
