BANK OWNED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Spectrum Inspection Group also offers inspections on new homes called a "PSR Inspection". PRS is an acronym for "Performance Standards Review". The inspection criteria on these types of inspection is different than the inspections perfromed on a resale home. On a PSR inspection the craftmanship and workmanship provided by the builder is adjudged against the minimum acceptable level of workmanship or craftmanship required to be provided by any Nevada State licensed contractor. PSR inspection fees are quote on a case basis.

Some bank owned properties have been winterized. Winterization is a process where piping and drains are emptied and drains are
often filled with a type of anti-freeze. Our inspectors will restore water service to the home as long as it is not locked out
by the utility company. At the conclusion of the inspection shuts water off to the home to reduce the potential for damage.
