Many people tend to shop for a home inspector based solely upon price without having a complete understanding of what is included in the inspection and what is omitted from the review process. If you were to do the research you could easily find dozens of Las Vegas Valley home inspectors whose fees are less than the fee we would be charge for the same property. That's because you would be comparing apples and oranges.

Our fees are slightly higher than the typical home inspection fees because our standards much higher. The scope of our inspection includes many components and systems other inspection firms don't or won't review. Many, many of our clients who have had inspections conducted on previous homes by licensed engineers believe that our standard inspection exceeds the depth and quality they received from a licensed professional engineer.

The fact is we nearly always save our clients much more money than they save on the difference between the fee of our inspection and the cost of a typical inspection. Sometimes we prevent them from making a catestrophic mistake. Those who seek to minimize their costs up front generally end up spending much more than would have been necessary later.
